Canned Sardines
Our canned sardines are made from fresh sardines (Sardinella longiceps, Sardinella fimbriata, Mackerel) caught from Bali Strait, Java Sea, or Hindia Ocean. The whole and fresh sardines are selected, cleaned, washed, canned (based on customer requirements) and cooked, respectively. After cooking, the products receive appropriate measure of certain ingredients such as tomato sauce, palm oil, brine, olive oil, soybean oil, or sunflower oil to enrich the nutritional taste and value. All of the ingredients are selected only based on the level of quality and freshness. Sealed products are carefully sterilized and given final quality inspection before it reaches to the customers.
